In a campaign tagline that Republicans have criticized, Pres. Obama told Americans with health insurance, "If you like your plan, you can keep it" - a claim that for some, has turned out not to be true. But other Americans, who never thought they could afford health insurance, are surprised to find out they qualify for lower costs and greater coverage. So what's the bottom line? How is Obamacare impacting the average American?
