No indictment in NYPD chokehold death

A grand jury decided not to indict a police officer in the chokehold death of Eric Garner. CNN's Joe Johns reports.

    Love watching your reports! With the additional coverage of police brutality in New York and Cleveland, I wonder if the question that is in most American minds has been asked. Do citizens have the legal RIGHT to refuse being arrested? In both the Brown and Garner cases it appears these two individuals felt they could resist arrest, which may have caused the escalation of the events. Certainly pointing a gun, whether real or otherwise, may cause a problem for anyone.
