What went wrong at various stages of the White House fence-jumping breach? Brian Todd reports.
A week after the Boston attack, New York City remains on security guard company. Officials who manage large public spaces, as well as organizers responsible for the protection of tens of thousands of people attending races, parades and festivals in the Big Apple, are re-evaluating plans and procedures—often with expectations of higher financial costs.
Wolf missed a critical flaw in Congressmen Cummings comments of the failed Secret Service protection when the Congressman said he was concerned about whistleblowers who go to the press instead of to their bosses. The problem with this administration is that it has a culture of cover-ups, far beyond the normal day to day spin of previous administrations. Whistleblowers leak to the press when they either have not gotten action on previous reports or as chastised for bring up taboo subjects like failures or violations of the law. This administration has set records for prosecuting those that speak out and have been involved in ongoing cover-ups on a plethora of serious scandals. When in anyone’s life time have we ever seen more cases of the leader of the nation not being informed on serious matters. It seems everyone in this administration is more concerned with image than reality and where that reality does not fit the desired image it is ignored. Example ISIL and terrorism, which according to the President has been defeated. What ever happened to the free press that dug to expose scandals and government overreach.
