General doesn't rule out ground forces

Rachel Maddow clearly explained this tonight on her show. The General was talking about what would happen if one of our fighters was shot down – would we go rescue the pilot. The answer was that yes, we would. ISIL appears to be a very dangerous terrorist organization, and if we need to put troops on the ground to finish them off after we bomb them silly, that is okay with me.
