CNN's Barbara Starr reports on the evidence the U.S. says it has that implicates Russia in the MH17 plane crash.
Today I just want to comment Wolf and his team. I think it is important to recognize journalists and their teams who do an exemplary job. There are always critics who complain, but not enough viewers who vocalize their support. CNN is such a media outlet with these kind of journalists. I work from home so I'm able to watch Wolf at 1:00 PM and to watch The Situation Room. Wolf and his whole team strive to report all sides of every story and at the same time show appropriate concern for the humanitarian side of the story. Obviously, today I have the two big stories going on presently, the shooting down of Flight MH17 and the Israeli-Gaza conflict on my mind. Where some critics may say it isn't right for journalists to show any emotion – those critics are wrong. If we don't have journalists who deliver transparent reports so the victims in any story have advocates determined to find the truth and report it with compassion, what does that say about our society today? Thank you for your exemplary work.
