Fort Hood shooter Ivan Lopez took three lives and wounded 16 others, but that number may have been a lot higher if it wasn't for a female military police officer who risked her life to bring the rampage to an end.
CNN's Brian Todd, who reported on the unidentified officer, took over the Situation Room Twitter account to answer your questions about the shooting, and what we know about her heroic acts.

This Soldier did her job and I hope that she will get the help she may need to deal with this situation. I would also like to comment about comments made about this being "another female MP soldier" The first incident that happened in 2009 was not taken care off by a female police officer but Mr. Mark Todd which was also a police officer on Fort Hood during that time. It saddens me that the facts are not reported accurately
