North Carolina Governor: We did a good job with the roads

I liked it when Wolf asked the governor if he was going to make people who abandoned their cars in yesterday's snow pay to get them back after these cars get towed – maybe it is just my perception but Wolf's tone and the context of the question seemed to imply he thought that the state / city should pick of the tab for people who did not follow the warnings and did not stay off the roads. Sorry to disappoint you Wolf but there is no story there – if you make bad choices you will not be bailed out.
