Virginia Attorney General explains his shift on same-sex marriage
Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring was just sworn in days ago, but today he announced his decision to no longer support the state's ban on same-sex marriage, saying the law is unconstitutional and that Virginia needs to be on the 'right side of history.'
