Adviser: Snowden not amenable to plea deal

   Many of the govt spying actions would not pass a constitutional test and would therefore be classified as illegal. Snowden has pulled back the curtain on their actions and obviously the American people have a problem with it.

   Why is this person being offered a "deal" in the first place? A whistleblower is defined as someone who notifies authorities or makes public illegal activity while that person makes himself available to testify before authorities on what he has found. This guy broke the law and his employment contract AND he personally stole documents, fled the country and gave this information, including our personal information, to foreign journalists and possibly foreign gov'ts. Being a narcissistic, rebellious high school drop out isn't something to be proud of. To forgive him would be to set a precedent that anyone who thinks he is smarter and more important than his bosses could steal whatever he likes and run to competing companies and/or gov'ts with this information. He should be given no deals and he is not someone to be praised. Where is the outrage about all of the violations by corporations of privacy that go on everyday whenever we use our credit cards or Facebook accounts, etc?

   1 million, 500 thousand pages of classified material that he was sworn to protect, completely un-redacted, to foreign intelligence sources, carried SIX computers to China and Russian intelligence agencies? This TRAITOR wants clemency? Go to North Korea and get it from Kim. He needs some more dog food.

   Headline mischaracterizes Ms. Radacks comments - she said he is amenable to amnesty. She did not say he is amenable to a plea deal.
