One could easily suspect this is just of a long line of Big Oil's tricks. I certainly do ! Now I suppose they'll jump on this opportunity to make an argument for a pipeline instead of using rail. I would be sending investigators all over Big Oil's emails and phone records although something like this is probably set up in some back room or dark alley. America don't give into the terrorism , used by Big Oil. Never forget it was their interests that got us invading Iraq, via their puppets Bush and Cheney.
