$7 for a gallon of milk? Blame Congress
Existing subsidies for dairy farmers are set to expire at the end of the year, and consumers across the country could see prices soar to as much as $7 per gallon - unless Congress can get its act together and pass a farm bill. CNN's Athena Jones reports.

Actually blame the Republicans in Congress ! They and their private interests past, present and future agendas are designed for poor people to suffer. It is just how they get their kicks. What really annihilates reason is how may poor people support them due to lack of thought and facts and or their most uniting factor, which is apparently, hate.
