Senate Democrats pass "nuclear option"

It's a historic change to Senate rules that lets a simple majority approve some presidential nominees. Democrats argue it's necessary given the obstructionism of Republicans; Republicans charge it will ruin the Senate. CNN's Dana Bash reports.
