Sources say there were warning signs that indicated problems prior to the Obamacare site rollout - and that they were ignored. CNN's Joe Johns reports.

So he should have been called on that as there is NO WAY TO window shop the plans. As an AGENT theres no way for me to help my clients as even the CARRIERS don't know what plans are offered on the SHOP or the INDIVDUAL and I cant get rates or Plan Summaries from them.....You should have called him out on that as I defend the ACA and in no way is an ineffective and ridiculously cumbersome site a reflection of what the ACA does for the millions of Americans who are constantly denied insurance however its one more thing people use to show "see this wont work" because americans are easily distracted by "shiny objects" rather than FACTS
