    When you speak about who is responsible for Obamacare website functionality take a look at the companies they have given it responsibility to.

    Infosys Public Services (an Indian owned company) received a $45m contract for work on the healthcare site – check whom else received contracts.

    The Canadian company isn't the only one – just the only one headquartered in North America.
