The law now says an employer has to offer health benefits to employees working at least 40 hours per week. I work for a state agency because I get those benefits. There's a whole bunch of other people out there who don't get paid sick time and I think they may have crashed the Obamacare website trying to get access. If you're not at work you get docked – or worse, they work you 38 hours a week so as not to have to comply with existing laws.
