Texas Sen. Ted Cruz responds to the potential government shutdown by suggesting specific funding proposals.
Ted Cruz should be removed from his duties! He's incompetent and couldn't care less who he hurts- children and seniors alike! But he is just one of several clowns on the hill that should lose their elected positions! The Affordable Care Act should have regulated health ins premiums and added tort reform- this way we wouldn't have all of these problems. But tort reform is difficult to pass, since almost every clown on the hill is an attorney (scum of the Earth!) So we are stuck with action that is flawed (Mr. Cruz)!
You took the bait; hook, line and sinker.
Cruz fed you a line and he made a fool of you. If he started doing all the individual approvals of exceptions to the budget he would have the power to stall or cancel all line items in the budget.
Are you really that gullible or just short sighted?
Lord Farquaad, (Ted Cruz) he has no idea how to live as what the government considers "middle class". No person on Capital Hill has any idea of what it is like to live pay check to pay check. It is like listening to Chatty Chatty Blah Blah! Cut there paycheck for just one month...and EVERYONE on Capital Hill will change their minds. The TRUE AMERICAN PEOPLE need to speak, and they need to speak now!!! We the people, have much more power than they do, we just all need to come together and prove it. They are there because of us, and they can be removed because of us. We just need to ALL stick together, no exceptions!!!
Was that Sean Hannity in a Wolf mask "questioning" Senator Cruz? When Cruz spouts repeated big lies, you, as a journalist, are allowed to point out the mendacity. House-passed CRs have been voted on in the Senate, no thanks to Sen Cruz and his allies, but the House Speaker, under pressure from the most extreme members of his caucus, i.e., members of the "suicide caucus" and friends of Cruz, will not allow the House to vote on the Senate-passed CR. Yet, Cruz repeatedly states that Harry Reid is shutting down the government, not the House. Let the House vote on the Senate CR and see what happens. Until then, it is the Speaker of the House, fronting for the most extreme part of his caucus, who is "leading" us to shut down, much to the delight of Cruz and his ilk.
