Can Pres. Obama win international support?
"I didn't set a red line," Pres. Obama said in Sweden on Wednesday as he travels to the G-20 in Russia. "The world set a red line." CNN's Jim Acosta reports on the president's stop in the Scandinavian country as he makes the case for international military action in Syria.
