News that broke in The Situation Room: CNN's justice reporter Evan Pérez tells Brianna Keilar that a secret court ruled the NSA's surveillance program collected more Internet data than it was legally allowed to.
Bush, Cheney and the Republicans were using the NSA's spying on Patriotic Americans that suspected them of being complicit in the attacks of 911. The NSA also aside from spying on Patriotic Americans also found ways to keep some blogged opinions ever reaching pages like this CNN blog. I've been on the cracker barrel warning the American Citizens for over a decade now, maybe even Snowden had read of my concerns and took action. When "Our Government" gets out of line or is corrupted by people like Bush and Cheney, it is our responsibility to demand real answers. Ours is a government of, by and for the people. Spying on Patriotic American Citizens is criminal, the NSA needs to disclose the names of the people targeted by Bush Administration, so those people can sue them. We need to dismantle everything the Bush/Cheney Administration has done and investigate their actions in depth. Their actions weren't made to protect the American People, but rather to protect themselves from inquiry as to their criminal behavior. I thought we had elected a President named Obama, because of his promises on the campaign trail to end the spying on Patriotic American Citizens, but someone has obviously gotten to the President and now for five years into the Obama Presidency the BS imposed on us because of Bush and Cheney continues. No matter what intentions are intended for spying on us, the people that are doing the spying on us, are just people and what I've learned about people...You really can't trust anyone. They'll steal your ideas and pawn em of as their own, pass information for monetary gain, power over you, is information. It can be used for countless reasons and means. In the wrong hands it can destroy your life. I'm all for spying on terrorists or our enemies, and these terrorists and enemies are have similar characteristics that's who they need to spy on.
