Police chief: Some of teens have records

Three teens in Duncan, Oklahoma, face charges in the death of an Australian college baseball player. The small town's chief of police tells CNN's Jake Tapper about the teens' prior records and other details from the crime.

    What a tragedy. Where is Obama.? Jesse Jackson and al sharpton on this? These teens should go to jail for the rest of their lives or face the death penalty if convicted. This is why guns should be outlawed. Pathetic human beings who took the life of an innocent young man. I am ashamed to live in Oklahoma where this happened.
