NYPD stop-and-frisk policy ruled unconstitutional
A federal judge says the NYPD's stop-and-frisk policy is unconstitutional, but New York leaders say it has reduced crime. CNN's Nick Paton Walsh reports on the debate surrounding the controversial program.

These people are Evil.....and really don't care how blacks are treated. Is this really America?? This isn't the America our children are being taught in school.....We blacks are still fighting to vote, not to be stopped by police for no reason. Are you kidding me. It's the people who cry race card who commit the most injustices against blacks. It demoralizes a man and anyone who has to pull over his own vehicle and cannot stop anyone just from rummaging through it, hoping to find something to lock you up. YES we do want crime down....so how about parter nearing with the neighborhoods, putting cameras on the streets, more police walking the streets......SMART POLICING NOT THUGGERY POLICING. Im sure whites don't want stop in frisk in their communities so what makes you think blacks want it........If you can't really apply it equally to all races so others see how it feels, it should not be applied. How can any blacks be republican when they first don't respect your color, then any injustices against your color they take the other side and no republican congressman or leader never speak up against it either. If you are first racist against my color, I cannot have a conversation with you, or even acknowledge your existence......What should you matter to me???
