The 4 minute silence scheme of the defense was ridiculous! Trayvon was a VISITOR to the cookie cutter type condos, he was probably the one looking for an address, his dad's girlfriend street or condo number. I wonder how many times Trayvon had been there, since he was from Miami? Then on this Sunday EVENING, not in the middle of the night, TM strolls back to the condo, but he has this creepy....stalker following him, it's dark, and moreover raining. So who is AFRAID!!! GZ knew the area and made racist assumptions called profiling.... and on his own merit got out of his car to hunt this normal African-American teen-age child down. Trayvon Martin was fighting for his life, he was the one that didn't have a police record or a gun on him. GZ intent was to not let this "one" get away, this young visiting black person in a hoodie who was profiled immediately as a criminal. I believe GZ had his gun out and was forcefully withholding TM to the area, but TM did NOT know who this stranger was and just saw a gun in his face. George Zimmerman is a liar, a coward, a racist, and a murderer. He also knows the workings of the legal system too well, I believe his father is a judge.
This was a hate crime and it violated the civil rights of a young innocent teenager. The jury got this wrong!

Please release the info on Trayvon's background! What was so damaging that it was not allowed to be in the trial? What were the texts about?, What happened in the school earlier in the year? Why was he living with his father at this point? He was old enough to have a relationship with an 18 year old woman! Was he ever in trouble with the authorities? This was no "angel" in a hoodie, tell us who he really was.

the only why to stop this resentment about the not guilty discussion is for the Latin american community to speak up for the racism they get from African Americans in my eyes the only racism I see is coming from the African Americans as reported from the media .So the media should stop taking side and move on
    Wolf you know better

I am white. My father was a cop. I was taught that if I was pulled over in a car, to keep my hands in sight. When asked for documents, to tell the officer where they were before reaching. Common sense. I was also thrown against a wall by police when trying to offer information. I have seen people "looking" at me with distrust. I have been refused service because my hair was long. I have been followed around stores, because of my appearance? Profiling? Did I mention, I am white?

Mr. Zimmerman was attemping to live his dream. He was unable to become a policeman so, he started his own police department(neighborhood watch), armed himself and received so call training from his best friend, patrolled his beat(neighborhood), and without identifying himself(which his friend must have over looked in his Training),approached and after an altercation shot and killed an unarmed teen. If Mr. Zimmerman had been an real polceman on the job what will have been the outcome of an enternal affairs investigation. Something needs to change.

The whole thing was a sad event for ALL involved. Could any one event changed the outcome? I wondered if Trayvon had called his dad and said he was being followed, ask him to come out and help. How far away was the fiancé's apt. Was dad there? Fire needs oxygen, the media is oxygen for a story. Please balance out both sides. Thank you.
