Mitt Romney opens up to CNN's Gloria Borger

CNN's Chief Political Analyst Gloria Borger sat down with former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and his wife Ann in Park City, Utah to discuss life after the 2012 election and the future of the Republican Party.

Mitt Romney told Borger that he was "very upset" for making the "47%" comments that became a big roadblock in his campaign last year in the final months before Election Day.

On life after the election, Romney said that it "feels right" to be out of the public bubble.

Romney also discussed Obama's choosing of Susan Rice to be the next national security adviser, saying that he finds his pick "disappointing" and thinks she "seriously misled the American people" on what happened in Benghazi.

Gloria Borger's interview with the Mitt and Ann Romney airs on "The Lead" at 4 p.m. ET and "The Situation Room" at 5 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. ET.

Just saw the interview. Mitt still do not get it. President Obama did not beat you. The American people did. Go away.

ROMNEY's message is called Freedom. It is embodied in the US Constitution and has made this country the strongest, freest, most wealthy nation on earth.
OBAMA's dogma is called Marxism. It has enslaved literally billions of people for generations in its brutal, oppressive, horrific (100+ million killed or starved to death) grasp.
Marxism (forced redistribution of wealth, power, property, liberty) does not work, never has worked, and never will work.
But don't take my word for it. Ask any Cuban refugee, any person who lived behind the Iron Curtain, any survivor of Pol Pot, any one of the Vietnamese boat people, any Chinese dissident, any escapee from North Korea. They, so unlike those ‘enlightened’ leftist professors, or our much more ‘in tune’ progressive media, know how Marxism really works.

I like Mitt Romney. This country has some serious economic problems. The liberals want to give the shirt off someone else's back. They are okay with spending unlimited amounts of money on drug addicts "rehab". Some of these rehab drug addicts break into people's homes, rape and kill. The the liberal answer is make drugs legal. **There are a whole host of things, yet I don't want to write a book. There are folks who have gone to school, work, pay taxes income and property taxes.. they are being told pay more and more and more. *** People are paying taxes so people like Obama's Aunt can live on welfare and never work. *** Why does that make sense? ***Mitt Romney actually made money, gave MILLIONS to charity, and wanted to create a country that favored working people.

Whether he believes his own comments or not, he was speaking to the audience at hand, which is what irks me. Switching his beliefs based upon the audience, not sincere and true to himself. Only Romney knows who Romney is.

typical Gloria interview, everyone knows she is a radical conservative republican, shame on gloria for even reaching out to such a liar and two faced individual. Also sounded as if Ms. Romney had self entiltlement in her mind before the election was even over!

Romney said that it "feels right" to be out of the public bubble.

And it feels even better being in your own private bubble, doesn't it, 'Bubble Boy?'

Mitt Romney should never appear on CNN. They just want him to show up to pick him to pieces.

Romney was wrong on all counts, plus he didn't stand for anything except for the lies and spin the demented and vile GOP'ers were pushing... So his opinions are like the manure he was pushing, not worth a dime. Now a day's we keep hearing from another loser John McCain, a man who was devoured by the GOP'er's who pushed Bush 2 down our throats with help from the Supreme Court. As you remember the GOP addressing the candidate John McCain as a man that spent to much time with Charlie, inferring that McCain was insane or a few fries short of happy meal (mentally unstable), I did not think so at the time, but now after viewing the ghastly disturbing, conflicting, hypocritical decisions and opinions of John McCain, there may have been some truth to McCain not playing with a full deck after all. Well to bring this comment to a short ending ,as I am very busy, let me just say Romney is a loser, McCain is a loser and Obama is a winner. No matter what these losers say, I am going to go with the Winner. Let's hope McCain retires soon because he is just obstructing and let's hope Mitt stays out of politics for good as he has no idea of what he stands for or what he is talking about and neither man apparently has the guts to stand on his own without kowtowing to the imbecilic , vile obstructing GOP. There are more adjectives, be creative. I've got fish waiting.

Let's see. What hasn't been resolved under this administration. 1. Fast and Furious. 2. Bengazhi. 3. IRS targeting conservative groups. 4. Going after AP reporters. 5. Now taping phones, e-mails, facebook. Where does this president stand on his note of 'transparency?" I find you HOPE and CHANGE totally irrelevant as this administrations stumbles all over itself in COVER UP. Perhaps you need to re-read George Orwell's "1984" for a refresher course in where we re headed. Didn't happen in "1984" but is happening right now, before our very eyes.
