A conservative group sued top IRS and White House officials Wednesday over tax-exempt status issues. Dana Bash reports.

No, what needs to be reported on is whether these groups do qualify for the money because most of them are so political. The irs don't seen to be out for malice but were just overloaded in a new system in which these so called budget hawks, conservative groups were crying for government money.
