Remember Rose Kennedy and her 'tea parties'? THIS particular "Tea Party" sure did come up with some serious money. And so soon after Teddy's departure. And with the recent Supreme Court decision regarding foreign contributions in our political process (which I think is OK) . . . wouldn't it be reasonable to try to get some sort of picture about the mechanisms of the 'new' participant in the political dialogues? As far as the foreign contributions is concerned (in this person's opinion): I think that thinking, voting people OUGHT to be constantly cognizant of the issues and political stances. America is an international 'player' now. It seems reasonable (to this person) that extra-national interests ought to be able to weigh in on what future American policy might evolve into. In the end - voting rights are by citizenship ONLY.
