    Just an opinion
Every American needs to do this! You do not know if it happen to you tomorrow!!!!!!
I admire this woman for what she does.
To show the public the horrifying pictures of the dead children,
    Maybe it will move matters.

Elizabeth Warren knows how to put these republican congressmen in their place....She needs to be covered more and should run for president. She has that it factor of charisma, smarts and ways of putting things that speaks to hearts. Hillary is great but democrats have to get together a strong field to have a strong, healthy runoff to create the leaders of the future.

They need to show these callous Republicans their pain. Need to bring coffins of the dead kids, place real coffins in front of their office buildings because the blood will be on their hands because they have the power to save lives and refuse to do so. Republicans keep mumifying that background checks wouldn't have stopped Newtown....But what about the other shootings and how lesser magazine clips would have saved lives. Loughners Gun ran out of ammo and heroes tackled him....one of the gunmans gun jammed and was tackled and if in all cases if they had to reload, it could have been less murders in aurora, columbine, .......Profits is not Valuable more than just one life.....

Why don't the news networks and you tell the whole truth in why the background checks failed, instead of just part of the story. If it was just going to be background checks it might have passed. But with the amendments it was doomed.

Very odd how the Left has made this an issue of "background" checks – such a lousy half-baked non-solution to a real problem. Then, these Liberals get angry at all who don't concur with their terrible plan – as though we're supposed to keep quiet about all of the holes that riddle their unworkable scheme.

Seriously? Background checks? What are you "checking?" Someone's intent? Someone's future intentions? That's like saying, because more people die from the illegal use of cars, we're going to start "background" checking every car purchaser....(because licensing and registration clearly doesn't stop the car wreck carnage). So, who here thinks a thorough "background" check for car purchases will solve our DUI, Texting, Speeding, and Wreckless Driving death problem?

Since 0ver 90% of the public feel and are for more gun control? you as a news media should put out this message:
All gun/rifle sales should include gun shows and even when you sell privately this should also be reported before a transaction is ok'd and if the NRA is against this all those 90% of the public should ban against the NRA for one year and don't purchase guns for that time period and this will force the government and the NRA to approve a bill for more strict background checks.
