If you follow the dollar you will know why this group of senators voted increased background checks out. Sad state of affairs, I don't know how they sleep at night, they probably do though. I think the power of the people will win out in the end. How sad for those parents who lost children, and families who lost loved ones, what must they think of those senators?
The only willful liar here is Obama. There was no manipulation of Senate Law. Constitutional amendments REQUIRE 60 votes to pass. As for the 90% of the people nonsense...
