USA should try to defuse the situation....as till now they feel nuclear weapons won't be used but what if they are used ?
When I was in Vietnam in 1967 the rue more was that Japan the would rearm then by the US and join the fight in Vietnam. What happens if N. Korea attack Japan would it be allowed to rearm them self and fight the N.Korea?The Japanese are fear in the area.
Unbelievable that CNN is already drawing maps of a war on the Korean peninsula. Talk about feeding the beast!
It's the same thing every time. Just look at the two comments above. You have someone wondering if they should stockpile food in case of nuclear war and you have the veteran ready to load up the guns—hip, hip, hooray, USA!
How about some common sense conversation instead of sensation!

when is our President going to tell us whats really going on.........i'm freaking out..should we continue to work, stockpile food and water, move to a safer place in the middle of the country.....spend our money now because the abomb is coming, take our children out of school to spend the rest of our time with them.....wtf is going on...how did this madman get control of nuclear bombs? can't we do something to stop this? whos going to help us?
Stockpiling food is the last thing you want to do. A high concentration of food will create a target and lure Kim Jong Un in.
But in all seriousness, you will not see North Korea reach the US mainland. No need for alarm in the contiguous 48. The White House and news is telling you everything you need to know. In fact, the White House may have let out too much information about its responses to North Korea lately.
