In general I am, as always, disappointed in CNN's reporting and particularly about the recent Gaza issue.
Although I am fully aware that "we have Israel's back", I am fed-up where this takes us.
Your reporting is most unbalanced and NEVER goes into the history of the Palestinian/Israeli issue. Since you are obviously not only biased but uneducated on this issue, may I suggest that your viewers read such books as "Sharing the Land of Cannaan" written by a CHRISTIAN Palestinian Professor Mazin B. Qumsiyeh. IF CNN and its viewers have the courage to read this unbiased account of what has been happening for MANY years to the Palestinian people at the hands of the Zionist radicals, we MIGHT begin to have more balanced attitudes.
Calling Hamas a terrorist organization is counterproductive. The U.S. can no longer afford supplying "iron shields" and 3-6 Billion Dollars of aid. Enough is enough!
May I also suggest that your viewers go to Google and type in: IfAmericansKnew.org they will see the Map of what was Palestine in 1946 and what it is today. Try it. Educate yourself. Believe me it doesn't hurt.
Your reporter in Cairo is telling your listeners that Hamas needed rockets to defend against the most powerful country in the region forgot one thing. HAMAS IS A TERROREST ORGANIZATION. Please remind him of that fact so he can say " The terrorest organization Hamas wants these missiles to terrorize". This way the news is repored correctley

We need to start talking about the underlying reasons of the conflict.
Palestinians were dispossessed and disinherited and literally cleansed out of their native homeland in 1948.
The vast majority of the people of Gaza are not from Gaza. They are from Jaffa, Ashkelon, and other towns and cities in historic Palestin.
The Master-Slave relationship defining the Israelis and Palestinians needs to come to an end.
I strongly urge you to read the book "The Lemon Tree" to get a deeper understanding of the conflict to gain a better understanding of the conflict.
What about Goma.... The next amjor war about to explode...but again its Africa!
Israel has a right to defend itself... So does every country. When you are invaded by a country, A country that does not respect UN 242. That illegally occupies your country. That puts in illegal settlements to steal away your land, That bombs and destroys your homes. Kills children and wives.
What would you do? I am a West Point graduate. Class of 1958. As a Special Forces officer, We studied the guerillafighting of France when France was invaded by Germany. Israel's invasion of Palestine is the same as the Germans invading France. It is not Terrorism...it is Guerrilla's trying to defend their country.
To solve the problem. Enforce the "Road Map" of the Quartet....who is the Quartet? The United States of Ameirca, The United Nations, The Europeans, and Russia.

Over the years, i have watched CNN when actual news shows were not on. I have noticed a marked change in last two years. Now I wonder if I hit the wrong button and got FOX News!! When did it become ok in this country to back terrorist groups? Hamas! Is this a network agenda or a personal one? It disgusts me to see people exploiting the deaths of babies and children by running through the streets carrying a child's body. If these people really care about these children, they need to look within their own country to solve the problem and stop blaming other countries. They allow militant, violent, terrorist to live in their neighborhoods. They need to stop condoning the hate that these maniacs preach.
Thank you for your very thorough reports on the Israeli -Gaza war presently going on. I observe that your reporters keep tell us of the hardships in Gaza which is horrible.
However your reporters never ask if the Gaza resident approves of the constant bombing of Israel which was going on before Israel's attacks. This is a very important matter. As to the feeling of the Gaza population desiring to destroy Israel and is the Israeli bombing worth the price. Please do ask this. It is important to know if the populations is so desirous in destroying Israel that they are willing to be subjected to all this hoeeor.
