the whole embassy issue is ridiculous, all middle east posts should have had extra security on the week prior to 9/11. common sense, which clearly Obama lacks.

Personally, a much more important discussion should be about the voting machines purchased by Bain Capital through the Romney family-owned trust Solamere - this occured in July,2011, and has been confirmed by The Nation & NY Times – The Austin-based e-voting machine company is Hart Intercivic . Why are these machines being used in key battle states ?? Why aren't we talking about this ? Isn't this a conflict of interest?? Isn't this fraudulent ????

How about keeping Libya in perspective: 9/11 was the largest security lapse in US history. AND it happened on US soil. Yet George W. Bush was reelected.

Just checked my CNN app on my iPad. Over 90 top stories to feature ....not one on Benhazi and the govt. cover up and lies. Come on CNN.... This story should be front page headlines everyday like Watergate. What did Clinton, Biden and Obama know, and when did they know it?

Very selective video clip choices! Question to the State Dept staff, was a lack of funding in any way a reson for this event/ outcome? Answer NO. Where is that clip? State Dept staff Ms Lam, We watch the attack LIVE on the video feed.. Where is that clip? Members voted on if they should hold these meetings not only was there bipartisan support there was one more Dem than Rep vote infavor of the hearings. Where is that clip? Issa, This committee want a copy of the video tape. State department, We turned it over to law enforcement. Issa, we have talked to the FBI They don't have the video and they don't have a problem with he committee getting a copy and viewing it. Where is that clip? State Dept said they never said there was a protest outside because of a YouTube video, where is that video clip. There where many more very important findings in the public hearings that CNN choose not to use, Why?

I agree. Also why is CNN ignoring the protest in Egypt? Was that not about the video? I have never been more dissapointed in the reporting of CNN until this topic

How laughable how the GOP are questioning the attack on Libya when Congress, republican majority, cuts funding in the embassy security. Ironic...lol

Funding was not an issue, according to the testimony.

Republincan's attack? ....Three things we learned for those of us who viewed the questioning objectively; a) the mission was attacked several months ago, and that info was withheld from the public, b) the terrorist cell threatened (on Facebook!) to carry out another attack, c) a request for extra security was madee (and denied) to prevent this from happening and d) there was no evidence at the scene of the attack to suggest any sort of "protest" was happening leaves me to ask the question
