I'd be interested in knowing if his ancestry can be traced back to Karl Marx in some way. Now that would explain a lot!
This has got to be best evidence of media hysteria yet. In case everyone hasn’t already figured this one out, we are all descended from a common ancestor so we are all related if you want to try to connect the dots and are willing to connect dots were links may be missing. It’s kind of like the 7 degrees of Kevin Bacon. The fact that this is being widely reported again confirms that our media is unable to see beyond their political ideologies when purporting to report the "news". I guarantee similar “research” can also link Obama to Adolf Hitler, James Earl Ray, Pol Pot and Jim Jones.
Re: John Godds comment, " we are all descended from a common ancestor". That isn't true. With One septillion Planets out there, it is far more likely the distincly different races on Earth, descended from different planets in the universe. I don't want to upset you, but it is the new era and we really have to open our minds up a little bit. By the way, the Earth isn't flat either.
My research has turned up indisputable proof that there is a possible ancestral link between Obama and Captain Crunch. Unfortunately, because of gaps in the records of cereal box mascots, there is no ACTUAL proof of a link.
