    It should be a tough law with fines set like this.1st.ticket- $1000 dollars,2nd. ticket-$5000 dollars,and 3rd time loss of licence forever.And this includes the rich,not just the poor.Jim Thomas Phx.Az.

    If you ask me. These guys just run out of things to regulate to make there jobs relevant. I'm all for the no cell phones while driveing. In fact, I'm so for it, that I went and bought a hands free. Its no different then haveing a passenger in the vehicle with me. Do they want to ban that too? And if they want to use the argument that I have to answer it or dial a number to call out, well I think they should ban all car radios too. We don't want them children turning the channel while driveing do we? Yes they want to treat me like a child that can't drive safely with a hands free. Be for real.

    Yes this is very unsafe while you are driving,but I think the last thing we need is more of the goverment telling us what we can do . Steve ill.
