It is sad to see an adult like this who has such little regard for their own child. I mean that is a lot of responsibility to thrust on a 9 year old kid. It makes you wonder who is the parent and who is the child.
Being a drunk is probably not the best thing to be but being an irresponsible drunk is the epitome of stupidity. There is absolutely no excuse for this man's behavior and total disregard for his daughters safety. People like this do not deserve to have children. This has nothing to do with being drunk. This is just plain stupidity.
