CNN's Jim Acosta reports the tea party members of Congress believe they have accomplished something big.
Unparalleled accuracy, unequivocal clarity, and unediabnle importance!
The TP have not accomplished anything big. They never thought about what could happen if they would succeed. Cut the military-what if we are attacked then who will step up..the TP..Think not. Smaller government...they can't seem to run the show with what we have how could it improve made smaller?? Cut education..why? If we don't educate our children how will we compete with other countries?? No taxes?? How will and who will pay for needed programs?? The TP don't even stop to realize how many programs they use everyday that our govvernment provides...Does anyone? Cut the programs for the needy..why? You can not raise and feed a family on McDonalds pay. Let children go hungry and without the neccesary items to survive...No on my watch or most people's watch that has compassion for mankind.. We can survive without the Tea Party we have and will survive...there motives are not for Americans we are more and better then that..
The TP is not a winner on the Debt Ceiling debate. The TP came out as a scare group of intransigent and irresponsible individuals with little understanding of the issues involved. Their strategy caused enormous damage to the economy and it would have been much worse if they were able to accomplish what they were set to do. Many of them wanted the US Government to default altogether. The traditional Republicans played them very well; they used them all they could and at the end they compromised with Democrats on a bill that contains nothing of what TPs wanted. They are not winners, they fortunately lost.
There was an issue that somebody said that Vice President Biden would have said they are terrorists. This has something to say about them too; I know the Vice President didn’t call the TP terrorists and I don’t think they are, but I can’t help but notice some behavioral coincidences: Terrorists believe they are completely right, you can’t get them to admit you may be right at anything, they attack with ferocity, they are uncompromising, they keep fighting even when everything around them is in shambles, they are good at destroying, not at constructing, you don’t know who is in-charge of them except some shadowy figures, they don’t care about messing up economy and they are not afraid to die. Well… this last one is not exactly too similar because the TP is just not afraid to be thrown out in the next election.
