Are evacuation plans adequate?

Really, the best plan is to get on your knees and pray to GOD through JESUS to save your soul and put a hedge of protection around yourself and your family.
There are tens of thousands of people within a ten mile radius of the US nuclear plant that is northeast of Chattanooga Tennessee and I doubt anyone is aware of an evacuation plan, if there is even one made up.
