Nancy Pelosi had "Holiday in Rome" by our tax money. Using the tax money for a personal pleasure was worse than a i\personal sex scandal. Why the media didn't dig up her travel expenses? A sex scandal is more appealing to the general public? Of cause Weiner's conduct is shameful but he should't resign. If we scrutenize politicials' conduct the Capitol would be empty.

On the Wiener issue. No one is stating the obvious here. The Democrates clearly defined their standard of ethics when they refused to hold Bill Clinton accountable for transgressions that far exceed those of Congressman Wierner. Ethics are not something you pull out of your pocked when it seems to suit your needs. Define a standard and stick to it. The Democratic party has made their position clear. It's okay to mess around and degrade the women of this country if we like what you are doing overall. Come on, so called leaders. Draw an ethical line and stick to it. Maybe then I can develop some respect for what you are saying.

Why all the fuss over Congressman Weiner's gross actions??!! Afterall, we Americans watched Bill Cllinton do much worse things with Monica and allowed him to stay in the White House!! Now the Democrats want Weiner to leave??!! Where were they when Clinton was saying, "I did not have sex with that woman!" ? They were standing on the steps of Congress in support of him!! Each day I have bigger doubts about the moral condition of this country.

I think you need to find something else to talk about; this is not the first nor the last situation of this type. It is an issue for the man and his wife, not the rest of us. You go on and on and if he withstands it, 5 years from now, it won't be mentioned – witness Newt G's asking his wife for a divorce as she lay in a hospital with cancer – in order to marry his mistress – and no one questions if he should become president!! Or that creep (sorry, can't think of his name) who used to work for Clinton and now sits at Fox and talks about others – he was guilty of infidelity also! And then of course, Clinton. My point is that these things blow over and are forgotten – why not leave it!
