Climate change the cause of typhoon?

    But one thing I can tell you ........
    The nuclear tests are causing the disasters!!!!

    I inquired of an Aussie friend if they were being asked for donations for the Phillipines. The answer was no, but the gov't was probably doing something. Are there other countries making any serious donation of goods or money? Japan? Canada? France? Anyone?
