I think this is a great proposal because young men are being put behind bars for an extended amount of years based on a possible intent for little to nothing when there are people actually taking innocent lives everyday and straight getting off by having the right connection in the justice system. It i s really sad today that you can see someone walk away from committing an act of violence with the burden of proof while someone who just has an intent to commit a violent crime is locked away almost for life. I just pray people will start standing up and out for what is truly righteous!
