Neighbor: I called police in 2011

A neighbor shares his experiences with one suspect in the Cleveland kidnapping case. Israel Lugo Jr. tells account of his sister seeing a woman and a baby pleading for help through an attic window of suspects' home.

    The police did no follow up! I am 100% sure back then any information was hand written and then placed on a data base. They need to look at all paper copies! No fault to anybody we should learn from our mistakes! Robert j draperj

    It's truly amazing, that the police could ignore such a report, but maybe it's more common than we know. I have contacted the police over suspicious people and they ignored them as well until one night lead to a chase for more than an hour in my neighborhood, later a mobile meth lab was found in a backpack, which was obviously thrown out of the car being pursued. I guess there is only so much they can do, but one would believe a priority for such calls, would have been set up for such a call, in an area with so many missing girls.
