have we become that cynical, that jaded? that we cannot share in the joy of this young couple's special moment without spewing jaded indifference, resentment and downright negativity, whining about our self-entitled viewing right to not have our precious time wasted. jeers to FTVLive and the above comment. yes a couple of minutes of our lives were wasted, but then again how much time do we spend watching mind numbing, spirit crushing television? come on! reality shows are everyone favorite guilty pleasures. at least this couple of minutes were gone while watching a bit of joy, a bit of happiness in a mad us vs them world, a bit of that bright wondrous light that us humans possess and and keeps us pushing forward. to ftvlive and the commenter above, find that light in you, bask in it, and smile, for everything you hold dear... smile.
Isn't that special ! I wish they had one channel for wedding proposals, so people that find proposals entertaining could get their's on TV, without having to make an unsuspecting viewer suffer through it.
