Mr. Blitzer should know, and if he doesn't he is welcome to read the Constitution of the United States of America and the decisions of the Supreme Court of the same, that County officials of the States of America are not required, mandated nor expected to serve the laws of the Federal Government if overridden or contradicted by the States or Counties within that State.
Well, since he is now a member of the Liberals of America he has either forgotten that or elected to ignore that fact. He should know that those who will not abide by the Constitution of The United States are punishable under its laws.

Wolf Blitzer knows even less about our government then Piers Morgan. The president cannot order a sherrif to do anything. It is outside his authority. A president cannot issue edicts and commands from his throne no matter how badly Wolf would like to end our Republic and force everyone under the totalitarian system endorsed by democrat fascists.
Awww Giffords is a beautiful person. Every member of congress needs to keep her speech on a loop in their office and if you can listen to that surviving voice of of gunshots and not do anything about gun control......then you have to question your humanity, sensitivity, and whether you truly should be serving people.
