    So enhanced interrogation techniques did has something to do with obtaining crucial information even though it is not the major piece of the evidence that finally led to the capture of OBL. So if enhanced interrogations need to be legitimate it has to be controlled. Controlling enhanced interrogation techniques is better than banning it because banning is a dangerous phenomenon and will lead to drastic actions that can lead to death.
