Jenni Rivera's plane had crashed before

CNN's Tory Dunnan reports the plane that killed singer Jenni Rivera suffered substantial damage in a previous crash.

    This sort of accident has happened before in 35/36 Learjets. Probably caused by the pilots suffering hypoxia because of a lack of oxygen. The oxygen bottle in the aircraft's nose MUST be turned ON before flight. The oxygen gauge in the cockpit may indicate ample oxygen is available but it will not flow if the oxygen bottle in the nose compartment is not turned ON. No doubt the Aviation Authorities are aware of this problem. Find the oxygen bottle!
