Getting around New York City has been a nightmare. Starting Wednesday evening, from 6 p.m. to midnight, cars crossing New York's East River bridges must have a minimum of three people inside. Buses are running but many are packed, and limited subway service returns tomorrow.
Joe Lhota, Chairman of New York's Metropolitican Transit Authority, joins Wolf Blitzer in the 4 p.m. ET hour on CNN to give an update on the latest developments.
For an up-to-date map of the New York subway's limited service, along with the latest advisories, visit the MTA web site.
Visit CNN's Impact Your World page for the ways to help those affected by superstorm Sandy.

If Wolf asks one more person "If they have ever in their life seen anything like this before"I'm going to shoot the TV!
Jobless Recovery makes alot of sense. Lets say you own a business with 10 emepxt employees and ten million in sales and you lay off three employees do to weak sales and they get cross trained, more efficient and work longer hours. The sales come back to ten million and since employees are working harder and longer you don't have to hire more staff. With extra profits you give our bonuses to staff and you and the owners of company make a lot more money. Company now is more valuable and remaining staff and boss has more money to spend. Yet the three schmucks you got laid off are screwed.

Hurricane damage will help construction companies and the workers they plan to hire, many of whom have been idled and ailing from the housing bust for nearly half a decade. Unquote.
That is great and the recovery time is fantastic.I hope everybody works together and nobody gets careless.GOD BLESS AMERICA.GO USA. Jim Thomas Phx.Az.
Wolf,
Know that shooting onlyin NYC and the Jersey Shore are the easy stories, but how abou the rest of the news from the storm? You've continued to repeat the same half dozen stories. And beyond Sandy there are other things happening in the world. Mind a litle coverage there too?
Tell wolf blitzer to stop asking if they have ever seen anything like this before. Redundant and stupid question.
"Not what they aught to be doing, but what they're paid to do!!"
"They don't care anymore what Obama does in the USA, he's way too late to help now!!"
