DOT helps airlines decide 'when pigs fly'

The government issues new guidance to help airlines follow the law when it comes to service animals, including pigs.

    The government needs to keep put of this,plus all G.I.'s and their animals should fly FREE and not get a bunch of crap from the airlnes or anybody else.Jim Thomas Phx.Az.
