    Instincts is something that happens and you cannot train enough for that.Stuff happens quickly in the air and sometimes ther is no reaction time at all.Jim Thomas Phx.Az.

    human errors and mechanical malefuction will excited as long their humans and man made airplane, I think they blame the piloted because he not alive to say what really happen or defend himself, the airline is try save from lawsuits
