    IF IT IS OK FOR MASS TO ENFORCE THE INDIVIDUAL MANDATE WHICH ROMNEY SIGNED INTO LAW AND CONGRESSIONAL REPUBLICANS FIRST PROPOSED THEN WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN IT IS WRONG FOR THE REST OF THE COUNTRY?

    According to the Supreme Court it is only legal as a tax. If it's not a tax it's not legal. Obama can't have it both ways. He's been caught in the big lie and he and his cronies can't squirm out of it.

    The IRS seemed to be the most logical department of the government to "collect" tis "tax".
    What would the GOPO call it if the job of collecting was assigned to some other department of the government?
