    That's because middle-class or wealthy people didn't get to be that way by pissing away their money on lottery tickets.

    Total crap,Without lotteries states would be in worse condition than they are now and besides they would go to casinoes or glambling at of place poper houses etc.If that woman won the lottery you would never hear from her again.Jim Thomas Phx.Az.
