    Every body talks about calories,BUT no one tells you how many calories it takes to make 1 ounce of fat.

    A slice of pepperoni pizza has the same amount of calories as a 16 ounce bottle of coke. Throw in some chips or fries and it is no wonder lotsa folks are overweight.
