Man bites chunk out of cop dog's ear

Man bites police dog's ear and ends up not in the doghouse, but in jail. CNN's Jeanne Moos reports.

    CNN tried to play this up as something comical. It is not. This guy was out on bail from a june 6 booking of possession of herion, 3 more drug possession counts, speeding to elude arrest, reckless driving to endager, driving while license revoked. The day Maxx caught him you can thow in possession of a firearm by a felon, another drug possession charge, discharging firearm into a vehicle, assault on goverment official, damage to personal property. Now he is in jail on a 1 $Milllion dollar bond. CNN seemed to have left all that out.
