I just listened to Wolf going on and on about how he wished Obama had been more transparent to the American people on how much it will cost to remain in Afghanistan. Wolf said it over and over again, what really irritated me was the fact that had we never took our eye off the ball and stayed out of Iraq, Afghanistan may have already been done and over with. Wolf, how much did the unnecessary war in Iraq ultimately cost the U.S., Obama did what he needed to do to clean up the mess created by the previous administration and that is still costing us.

There was an awkward moment just after the signing, when Obama moved towards Karzai to shake his hand, and Karzi shook Obamas hand but back peddled at the same time as Obama tried to move closer to Karzi. Another thing I found interesting was that it seemed Obamas chair at the table was at a lower level than the chair Karzai was sitting in, as Karzai appeared to be higher than Obama while they were sitting. If the two leaders have irrevocable differences, I can't see the relationship lasting much longer.

So, the Republicans will not criticize the President of the United States for what he should be doing as Commander-in-Chiief, but CNN will spend much of the hour and a half BEFORE the President's speech to discuss the politics of the President appearing in public since the Republicans will not comply in creating controversy.

Gee! Thanks for the objective, upbiased reporting. Faux News, here we come!

Wolf, here is one for all of you in media to answer for us...When/how do we separate politics from the daily work/responsibilities of any US president?
It would be great to hear how you and your staff feel about that.
Personally, I do not think we can. There is always someone that will disagree, one way or the other, and use it to their advantage.
So, what criteria would you use to determine one way or the other?

I am so proud that he is our president. I feels like when I was a little girl when JFK was president and my family was so patriotic back then. You could just see it in my parent's faces. That's how I feel now. Barack Obama has given that back to us. That sense of pride.

Please get off Obamas back. I am so tired of the constant criticism of your President. If he were white I think that he would be considered one of the best Presidents ever. He is brilliant, charming and appreciated by the rest of the world. I think he isn't ignorant and loud mouth enough to appeal to Americans especially the Republicans. CNN is trying so hard to make the Republicans love them they constantly berate President Obama. Shame on you After all you got him elected. Remember

For a man that does not respect the Military he has no shame at using them for his own agenda...I'm not impressed...what a joke Obama is – do you suppose he thinks this will make us look at him as a hero – I don't think so. He's just copy-catting Bush. I don't think I've heard anything original from this President unless it is to spend us into oblivion...by the way, with the economy as it is, the gas prices as they are, just what did this little trip cost us.
Would sure love to know the total price of the 120 + trips Obama has taken since he took office has cost us. I guess I should just be happy he never spends any time in the Oval Office – this way he does just a little less damage.
